Our verdict
750 W with Cybenetics Gold efficiency, fully modular and a native 12V-2x6 cable ready for your next graphics card. For a small, low-power build it is more than you need today; size yours with our PSU calculator first.
Our analysis
100 W is the whole difference against the Corsair RM650e: the same Cybenetics Gold rating, the same fully modular ATX 3.1 design, the same 7-year warranty and the same 120 mm fan in our fichas. The 750 W unit is for a build that our PSU calculator puts above 650 W once you add its margin, or one that will get a bigger graphics card later; if your number stays well under 650 W, the RM650e covers it.
What stands out
- 750 W of headroom. More than an RTX 5060 build needs, so a stronger graphics card later does not force a new power supply.
- Cybenetics Gold efficiency. Less of the power it draws from the wall is lost as heat than on a lower-rated unit.
- Fully modular. You connect only the cables you use, so unused wires do not sit in the case.
- Native 12V-2x6. The ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 connector plugs straight into current graphics cards without adapters.
Where it falls short
- For a small, low-power build it is more supply than you need today, and the extra only pays off if you upgrade later.
- It is a standard ATX unit, meant for regular towers; our data does not cover how it fits in compact small form factor cases, so check your case's PSU format first.
Look elsewhere if
- Your case only accepts a smaller power supply format. In that case, browse our power supply category and match the format before you look at wattage.
We explain how to size your PSU in one minute in how many watts your gaming PC needs. The RM750e is the power supply in our value gaming PC build, and it is on our list of upgrades with the biggest impact.
