Xbox Rechargeable Battery Pack 2x4800mWh with USB-C Cable

Our analysis

The Xbox Elite Series 2 Core has a built-in battery rated at 40 hours; the standard Xbox controller still runs on AA cells, and this kit gives it two 4800 mWh rechargeable packs and a USB-C cable. It fits Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One controllers, so you can stop buying AA batteries. It comes from the brand JAVRUNWOF, not from Microsoft.

What stands out

• Two packs, not one. One charges while the other is in the controller, so you swap instead of waiting.
• Charging through the controller over USB-C. No extra dock takes desk space; the cable goes straight into the pad.
• It replaces disposable AA cells. Two rechargeable packs take the place of the AA batteries the controller ships for.
• Same capacity on both packs. Each is rated at 4800 mWh, so it does not matter which one ends up in the controller.

Where it falls short

• It is not officially licensed by Microsoft, so you are relying on a third-party brand rather than the console maker.
• Our spec sheet gives capacity, not hours per charge, so we will not promise a specific runtime.
• It only fits Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One controllers; it does nothing for other consoles.

Look elsewhere if

• Your console is a PS5: the OIVO PS5 stand charges two DualSense controllers with a full-charge light and holds the console upright. On Switch 2 the first purchase is storage, and the Samsung microSD Express 256 GB is the licensed card the console requires, since ordinary microSD cards will not run games.

Why this is the Xbox accessory to buy first is explained in our guide to essential console accessories for 2026, and the rest of the lineup is in console accessories.
